Privacy & Ethics Policy.
I. Astrology & Privacy:
The client’s name, birth information, and chart will not be shared between any person(s) other than the reading astrologer and client without the knowing and willing consent of the client.
The reading astrologer may in good spirit seek out additional input and perspective from other professional astrologers regarding the client’s chart if needed with the knowing and willing consent of the client.
The details of what happened during the reading including interpretations, topics, transits, etc. will not be shared with any person(s) without the knowing and willing consent of the client.
When doing a synastry or composite chart reading, consent from all parties having their information being used to make a chart will be required.
II. Ethics:
The astrologer will not give any medical diagnoses, formal financial consultations, or professional legal advice to the client. These topics are outside the astrologer’s scope of knowledge and the client would be advised to seek the counsel of a professional in the appropriate field.
Astrology is an art just as much as it is a science. The astrologer will not make definitive predictions or statements without first revealing how they determined what they concluded in their interpretation.
There is an overlap in mental health counseling and astrology readings. Although many astrologers are trained in formal counseling techniques, astrologers are not professional counselors. If the needs of the client outweighs the qualifications of the astrologer, the client may be suggested to seek the care of a mental health professional.
III. Coaching & Privacy:
The client’s name and all identifying information will not be shared between any person(s) other than the coach and client without the knowing and willing consent of the client.
The coach may in good spirit seek out additional input and perspective from other professional coaches regarding the client’s situation if needed with the knowing and willing consent of the client.
The details of what happened during the coaching sessions including goals, progress, etc. will not be shared with any person(s) without the knowing and willing consent of the client.
IV. Ethics:
The coach will not give any medical diagnoses, formal financial consultations, or professional legal advice to the client. These topics are outside the coach’s scope of knowledge and the client would be advised to seek the counsel of a professional in the appropriate field
There is an overlap in mental health counseling and Life Coaching. Although many coaches are trained in formal counseling techniques, coaches are not professional counselors. If the needs of the client outweighs the qualifications of the coach, the client may be suggested to seek the care of a mental health professional.
V. Personality Assessment & Privacy:
The client’s name, test results, and personality “type” will not be shared between any person(s) other than the test administrator and client without the knowing and willing consent of the client.
The details of what happened during the discussion of results will not be shared with any person(s) without the knowing and willing consent of the client.
VI. Ethics:
The test administrator will not give any medical diagnoses, formal financial consultations, or professional legal advice to the client. These topics are outside the administrator’s scope of knowledge and the client would be advised to seek the counsel of a professional in the appropriate field.

Although many people who coach and teach about personality types are trained in formal counseling techniques, they are not professional counselors. If the needs of the client outweighs the qualifications of the test administrator, the client may be suggested to seek the care of a mental health professional.
